Ez Vans Customer Service is available to resolve any issues involving payments or refunds, found articles and service quality. Customer Service can be reached by dialing (949) 553-8267 .

Customer Service is open from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Customer Service is closed for most major holidays.

Articles left on a van and found by Ez Vans personnel often take 24 hours, or more, to find their way to our customer service office. If you believe that you left something on Vehicles and it is soon after you got off the vehicle, call Ez Vans Customer Service by dialing (949) 553-8267.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation canceled with a minimum 6 hours notice prior to the pick up time.  Refunds usually show to your account within 30 days.

We will not refund payments if cancellation occurs within 6 hours of pick up time or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show) without notification.

Privacy Policy:

At Ez Vans, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide to secure your Ez Vans reservation.

At some point in the future, we may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new Ez Vans services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If we do so, you'll be provided an opportunity to unsubscribe from this mailing list by sending us a e-mail message to info@ezvans.com if you'd like to be removed from our list.

Ez Vans does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. 

Also, Ez Vans may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. Ez Vans may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Ez Vans.com, our users, or others.

Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace:

The importance of maintaining a Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace for the health and safety of our employees, customers, passengers and the citizens of the communities we serve justifies the special attention we give it here in our Code of Conduct.

Company policies and procedures, and, where applicable, federal and state laws, prescribing a drug and alcohol-free workplace, must be fully respected and obeyed. We will not tolerate the use of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace. Likewise, we will not tolerate the inappropriate use of legal drugs in the workplace. We will immediately report to supervisory personnel any suspected violations of the law or Company policies or procedures.

Credit Card Processing

Please NOTE: We do not process charges online in real time due to the high level of Internet fraud. We only process your credit card upon verification with your bank thru our credit card processing service or issuing Credit Card Company; you may also receive an email from our Credit Card Merchant Processor noting any charge activity or credits to your account.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal as forms of payment. Each credit card company & paypal has established policies and procedures that we as a Merchant (seller) must adhere to. There are responsibilities that you as the "buyer" must adhere to which could include proof that you are in fact "the card holder" by means of reasonable identification (business or other listed telephone number with the credit card company database that we can verify). Please contact American Express @ 1-(800) 528-5200, Discover @ 1-(800) 347-2000, VISA @ 1-(800) 228-1122 or MasterCard @ 1-(800) 826-2181 and paypal 1-402-935-2050 if you feel like any of our "verification" policies are not in line with their organizational policies. We work hard to prevent FRAUD and if you have received an email from us implying that you have placed an order with Ez Vans Systems and you in fact have not, please inform us immediately. Please be aware that we make all attempts to verify you as the "real cardmember" prior to processing the charge.

All credit card payments are subject to 2.5% processing fees.

Notice: please note we may use and hire our affiliated companies and their vehicles with use of their commercial insurance, bonds & TCP state license to provide services. Please note that their commecial insurance is in effect and involved with the work  hired through us. They may charge your credit card on file directly.

For some of our rides including airport rides we use our affiliated companies or independent operators that we have negotiated a discounted rate with. They are insured and licensed to perform the transportation. They are authorized by airports and comply with local and state rules and regulations. Please note they can charge you directly.
