Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: August 23, 2026 | Last Updated: August 23, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
EZ Vans is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information and functionality, and we are continually improving the user experience for everyone by applying the relevant accessibility standards to www.ezvans.com (the "Site").
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We also work to support the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as they apply to digital content.
We regularly review the Site and work toward full conformance. Some content may not yet fully meet every success criterion; where gaps exist, we are actively working to resolve them.
Measures We Take
- Designing and developing with accessibility best practices and semantic HTML;
- Providing text alternatives for non-text content such as images;
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast and legible, resizable text;
- Ensuring the Site can be navigated using a keyboard and assistive technologies;
- Using clear, consistent navigation, headings, and link text;
- Labeling form fields on our quote and booking forms and providing accessible error messages;
- Designing responsive layouts that adapt to different devices and zoom levels;
- Reviewing accessibility as part of our ongoing site maintenance.
Compatibility With Browsers and Assistive Technology
The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, and speech-recognition software.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may exist. For example, third-party content such as our online reservation and booking platform, embedded maps, video, and social-media widgets may not always be fully accessible because they are controlled by external providers. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can assist you directly and prioritize a fix.
Accessible Transportation Service
Our commitment to accessibility extends beyond the website. EZ Vans and its affiliate companies are committed to serving clients with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs and clients accompanied by service animals, and do not discriminate against individuals with disabilities in the provision of services. Accessible vehicles require advance reservation and are subject to availability - please tell us when booking whether an accessible vehicle is needed or whether a service animal will accompany you. Additional details are on our Disclosures page. If any part of the booking process is not accessible to you, call us and we will complete your reservation by phone.
We Want Your Feedback
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We welcome your feedback and will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, item, or transaction you seek through an accessible communication method or alternative means.
